Businesses often struggle to manage customer data, communicate efficiently, and track client interactions. Curve is a self-directed concept exploring a centralized, intuitive CRM for small teams who find tools like Salesforce or HubSpot too heavy for their size.

Disorganized customer data across multiple systems and inefficient communication channels lead to limited insight into client interactions.
That combination often results in missed sales opportunities and reduced customer satisfaction — problems most CRM tools try to solve by adding more features rather than removing friction.
Screens grouped by flow: onboarding, dashboard, customers, orders, products, finance & analytics, and settings. The full flow is also viewable in the interactive Figma prototype linked above.

As the designer on this concept, I focused on designing intuitive workflows and scalable interfaces — developing high-fidelity onboarding and dashboard screens, and designing key workflows for managing orders, products, customers, and analytics.
The throughline across every screen was interface consistency and usability across modules, with responsive layouts throughout.
Curve was a study in subtraction — most CRM tools compete by adding features, and the more interesting design problem was figuring out what a small team could safely live without.
If I were building this for real users, I'd want to pressure-test that minimalism against actual sales workflows — subtraction is easy to defend in a concept project and much harder to get right when a real sales team's edge cases show up.
